RETURNS
We want you to be completely happy with your Ruahh purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept new and unused merchandise for return. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Proof of purchase is required. Item must still be in its original condition with tags if applicable. Please select one of the reason codes against your return. 

Return Guidelines

• Email info@ruahh.com and request a Return Authorization form and pre-paid USPS/UPS return shipping label.  Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
• Pack the item(s) in the original packaging and shipping box.
• Include the Return Authorization form and original packing slip.

If you choose to use a courier other than UPS, please make sure to use a courier service with tracking capability (USPS, FEDEX) and ship to:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Merchandise returned to info@ruahh.com will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable. Ruahh will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled, or damaged. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges 
Ruahh.com cannot accommodate automatic exchanges at this time. Please return the original item you wish to exchange for a refund using the applicable conditions or guidelines above. A new order can then be placed on ruahh.com for the exchange item. Please note new orders are subject to merchandise availability.

Exchanges outside 30 day policy

For returns or exchanges on sets, all items in the set must be returned to be processed accurately for exchanges only. Items that are damaged or defective may be returned through our Returns Portal for orders within our 45 day return policy. For orders outside of our 45 day return policy, reach out to our Customer Service team at info@ruahh.com. Merchandise may also be returned if defective, or unwashed and unworn, with or without a receipt. Once we’ve processed your return, your refund typically will post within 1–2 billing cycles. All sales are final after 45 days.
