Returns are accepted for full-price jewelry that is unworn, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags. Items with a confirmed manufacturing defect must also be reported within this window.

At this time, returns are available for orders shipped within the U.S. and Canada. All return requests must be approved before shipping and must be sent back using the RUAHH-provided return label.

PLEASE NOTE: Final sale and “as-is” items are not eligible for return. All non-jewelry items, including keychains, handbags, and gift cards, are final sale.
