- Returns are accepted for full-price jewelry that is unworn, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags. Items with a confirmed manufacturing defect must also be reported within this window.
- At this time, returns are available for orders shipped within the U.S. and Canada. All return requests must be approved before shipping and must be sent back using the RUAHH-provided return label.
