As an International customer, you can return your parcel using any postal service within 30 days from delivery. Returns can usually take up to 21 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your return to be processed by our distribution center, depending on your location and which postal service you use. Once we've processed your return, we'll drop you an email to let you know.
Any refund will automatically be issued to the card you used to place the original order. This typically takes up to 10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays), dependent on your bank/card issuer.
To return an international order, please refer to these guidelines:
- Email email@example.com and request a Return Authorization form and pre-paid USPS/UPS return shipping label. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Pack the item(s) in the original packaging and shipping box.
- Include the Return Authorization form and original packing slip.
